Back in 1993 Proprietor Karol Klimek opened Holmes and Jardin back in 1993, as an independent estate agency, based in St Mary's Street Truro. After 15 years of trading as a successful agency the company decided that, with the considerable changes in the housing industry, the time had come to progress the residential lettings and new home sales departments.
In recent years Holmes Jardin have been involved in advising and selling various ‘new’ developments for both national and local developers and our highly motivated and experienced staff have successfully taken the company to its position in the market to date. Members of the NAEA, the OEA and TDS scheme, the office is extremely well placed to be able to offer an excellent service and best practice, with competitive agency fees and local advertising backed up by 'web-site' presence.
